DELIVERY & RETURNS 

Every effort has been made to ensure that products are presented as accurately as possible on our website. Goods are subject to availability.

Payment Method

Payments can be made securely online through Paypal using most major cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to complete this payment method.  Your privacy and security is assured through Paypal.

Delivery Costs & Times

All orders for UK delivery are sent out with Royal Mail or courier. 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt email with all details, and we aim to dispatch your order within seven working days.

For deliveries outside the UK, we charge £10 per total order for EU and £15 for USA and Worldwide.  Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail Service and will take approximately 7 working days from posting.  Please contact info@danusha.org if you would like a quote for international courier.

Tax Charges

All orders from the UK are inclusive of VAT. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for paying these additional fees. Please check with your local customs office regarding customs fees. Any further questions, please contact us at info@danusha.org

Returns

For faults or returns, please email us within ten working days at info@danusha.org for return address and further details.  In the event of DANUSHA supplying your order incorrectly, please notify us immediately.  No goods may be returned without prior consent.

For returns, we can only refund the product price and cannot refund any delivery charges for orders shipped overseas.  Items returned must be in the same condition and packaging as when sent.
